GLUTAMATE DEHYDROGENASE
This enzyme catalyzes the reversible deamination of L-glutamate used for assay of NH3, ketoglutaric, L-glutamate and urease.
Glutamate Dehydrogenase catalyzes the reversible deamination of L-glutamate. It’s useful for enzymatic assay of NH3, α-ketoglutaric, L-glutamate and urease. It’s also can be used for enzymatic determination of urea when coupled with urease in clinical analysis.
